Silque Beauty Studio offers beauty treatments including, but not limited to, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination and shaping, facials, waxing, and massage.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, email, or direct message on our social media channels.
  • Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including details of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
  • Some treatments (such as lash lifts, tints, and brow lamination) may require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment if a patch test has not been carried out or shows a reaction.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe for you.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may, at our discretion, be asked to pay a cancellation fee or may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
  • We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, subject to availability.

4. Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients, and the full price will still apply.
  • Arriving significantly late may result in your appointment being treated as a no-show.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for treatments are as shown on our website or as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is taken in person at the studio at the time of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We do not process or store payment card information through our website.

6. Treatment Suitability and Patch Tests

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medications that may affect the suitability or safety of a treatment.
  • We accept no liability for adverse reactions where you have failed to disclose relevant health information or have not attended a required patch test.
  • Results of treatments (such as lash lifts, brow lamination, or facials) can vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Certain treatments may only be available to clients of a minimum age, or may require parental/guardian consent for clients under 18. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for a minor.

8. Photographs and Social Media

  • We may take before-and-after photographs of treatments for our records, training, or quality purposes.
  • We will only use such photographs on our website, social media, or marketing materials with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Studio Conduct

  • We ask that all clients treat our staff and studio with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, abusively, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • The content on our website (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Silque Beauty Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
